Gas Boiler Replacement and System Upgrade (Eckington Aug 2011)
Gareth and Andy undertook a major upgrade to our heating system to replace the existing boiler with an energy efficient Vaillant 937unit. This work involved re-siting the boiler and removal of the old system  / re-routing the gas main / hot and cold and heating pipes and plumbing in a new underfloor heating system.

From agreeing the price through undertaking the works to completing the project Gareth and Andy have been completely professional and helpful. The works were undertaken to the agreed budget and in the agreed timescale. The care they have taken to conceal pipework has been above and beyond the call.

The result is a much improved heating and hot water system we can rely on to deliver when we need it. Thanks Andy and Gareth.

As a chartered Architect I have worked with many companies and can honestly say that Gareth and Andy among the best I have employed. Loweprice were recommended by a work colleague after I came into work one day and explained our heating wasn't working in the worst weather for years. Our boiler and gas fire were due servicing so I asked for it all to be done.

Despite being extremely busy Gareth came out. He arrived on time. He was polite, friendly, considerate and made sure he left no mess including cleaning up after himself. He quoted a fair price and stuck to it. He also gave valuable advice to save me money and a call out fee in future for a minor issue which I wasn't aware of with combi boilers. Andrew and Gareth have just replaced (January 2010) our old boiler (located in the kitchen) and hot water tank system and replaced it with a new combi boiler system (now located in the bathroom airing cupboard), as well as moving and replacing a radiator.
I would recommend these guys as the most professional / proficient / punctual guys I have had the pleasure of dealing with. They treated both myself and my house with respect, conducted the work to the highest of standard, on time and on budget. Fantastic

Gareth and Andrew (and Adam) installed a Vaillant 937 condensing combi boiler in October 2009, to replace an ancient system boiler and hot water cylinder. This was far from straightforward, as gas regulations restrict boiler placement (for very good safety reasons!) They came up with an elegant solution, beautifully piped up and completed the work in the specified 3 days. Their technical advice was spot on - I cannot believe the hot water pressure - and they patiently explained how everything works. First rate craftsmen, clean and tidy, no corners cut and competitively priced. We even got breast feeding advice for our new born, who arrived on the first day of work! We would like to say a big thank you to Gareth and Andy for replacing our 30 year old back boiler with a new Vaillant combi boiler in the loft. Although this meant a lot of extra pipe work it was all done extremely neatly. It was nice to know that there are still craftsmen around and not just the infamous cowboys we all hear about. All the work carried out including the 2 new radiators they installed was excellent. Thanks again.

We had a full central heating system fitted (ecoTEC combi boiler & 9 radiators) at the beginning of June 2009 by Andy and Gareth. The old system was completely removed. The whole project went smoothly and to time and budget. The lads were always open to ideas, both before and during installation. Pipe work was routed neatly, in particular a gas pipe which I thought would have to be run on an outside wall, which was neatly hidden internally along with the downstairs C/H pipes. Finally great care and attention was paid commissioning the system, flushing and adding preservative chemicals. The final result, a modern efficient system with the boiler relocated to allow us to further modernise the house. All in all I have no hesitation in recommending LowePrice Gas to anybody, they are excellent tradesmen. Mr & Mrs Faries at Aston...

Andrew and Gareth fitted a new Vaillant ecoTEC boiler to replace my worn out and condemned Worcester Bosch. All aspects of their work was first-class: good advice, a speedy courteous service, a very reasonable quote, and a very professional and quality installation. Andy & Gareth removed my antique warm air system, storage cylinder etc November 2007 and installed a complete new central heating system with Combi boiler, pipework and radiators. The work was completed in just 3 days with very little disruption. Both the work done and the price charged was excellent. I'm happy to recommend Andy & Gareth and have done on several occasions. The Lowe/Price duo carried out a boiler change & removed the old system including the loft tanks. Gareth and Andrew replaced our boiler, removed our storage tank and did a full system flush in just two days. Very clean, tidy and quick. Prior to this Andrew came over twice to keep the old boiler going, until install day.
We are so pleased to have found them and will have them back again and again....there are idiots out there and these guys are like a shining beacon of brilliance !!
